Q. Where can I stay during the training?
A. Accommodation can be obtained locally at reasonable rates in various hotels and bed and breakfasts, free pick up and drop off service is offered for those arriving by public transport.
Q. Is the school easy to get to?
A. The school is located just 30 minutes from Leeds and 30 minutes from Manchester. There is a main line station 3 minutes from the school in Hebden Bridge.
Q. Do I need qualifications?
A. An anatomy and physiology qualification would be advantageous particularly for advanced and instructor level but it is not absolutely necessary as pre course study materials can be supplied on a case by case basis.
Q. What can I earn?
A. We are aware of many therapists earning in excess of £100,000.00 per annum. We would be surprised if an individual earns less than £60,000.00.
Q. What about insurance?
A. On successful completion of the course you will be able to obtain professional Indemnity insurance, from a number of suppliers at reasonable cost.
Q. Is it hygienic?
A. Yes, hygiene and sanitation play an important role in the industry and form a key component of all levels examinations. All ancilliary equipment used is pre-sterilised and disposable.
Q. Where do I get the equipment?
A. As a school we use the two leading open systems currently available on the market and we will be more than happy to assist you with advice on your purchase and importation of equipment and ancillary products
Q. Where can I go for Support and advice?
A. Full support and advice are available both before during and after the course to enable you to attend and graduate successfully and go on to achieve your target aims.
Q. How difficult is the training?
A. Whilst intensive, the foundation certificate is eminently achievable, after hours instruction is provided on a one to one basis if required. Indeed so confident are we of our methods that we guarantee a pass at foundation level*.
Q. I am New to business can you help me?
A. Yes, for many people this will be an addition to their existing core business often finding that it very quickly becomes their primary revenue. However, we understand that many students will have little or no business experience and so we offer a module on setting up and growing your new business at no additional costs.
Q. Where do I go to get Practical training?
A. Practical training is provided throughout the foundation course to enable all students to become familiar with the equipment and its operation
